Brandbusters

SPECIAL MISSION · START / RESET / SCALE

Something not working in your business? Call in Brandbusters.

An intensive intervention for business owners and founders who don't need another presentation — but an accurate diagnosis, hard decisions and implementation.

A restaurant, an online shop, a service business, a chain of outlets, a car dealership or a start-up. If you have real customers — or a concrete plan to enter the market — tell me where you're stuck. I step into the business, find the source of the problem and help change what really drives sales, margin and further growth.

The number of interventions is limited because I lead each one personally. I will reply to every complete application.

[01 / TURNING POINT]

A business can keep running — and still be losing its ability to grow.

Not every problem looks like a crisis. Orders still come in. People are working. Campaigns are live. Invoices are being paid.

And yet there is less and less margin left, sales stop growing, customers come back less often, and the owner has to personally oversee more and more. This is a good moment for an intervention — before the problem becomes a formal crisis.

  • 01sales are flat or falling despite more activity
  • 02revenue is growing, but profit isn't growing with it
  • 03there is traffic, but too few customers buy
  • 04the company has a good offer, but the market doesn't understand it
  • 05each new promotion just shifts sales in time
  • 06individual locations deliver very different results
  • 07marketing generates activity, but nobody knows what business impact it delivers
  • 08the offer has grown and is no longer clear
  • 09the business depends on the owner being there every day
  • 10the team is busy, but priorities and accountability remain unclear
  • 11a new product, site or channel isn't meeting expectations
  • 12a start-up has won its first customers but can't build repeatable growth
  • 13rapid growth is adding chaos rather than value
If something is haunting your business, it's usually not a ghost. It's a problem nobody has named properly yet.

[02 / START · RESET · SCALE]

Not every business needs rescuing. Every business needs the right next move.

START

Before you invest in the wrong idea, site, product or channel.

For an entrepreneur or start-up with a concrete concept, team, budget and launch date who wants to validate the market, the customer, the offer, the economics and the go-to-market plan.

This is not free development of a loose idea. I work with projects that have an owner, resources and readiness to act.

The scope may include

  • the customer problem and target group
  • the value proposition
  • the revenue model and unit economics
  • the offer and pricing
  • the minimum launch scope
  • the GTM plan
  • the first sources of customers
  • metrics for the first 90 days

RESET

When the business used to work better — or should be working far better than it does today.

For an operating business that has lost pace, margin, clarity or control. I look for the source of the problem, stop unnecessary losses and help carry out the most important changes.

The scope may include

  • simplifying the offer
  • repositioning
  • pricing and margin
  • marketing and sales
  • conversion and customer experience
  • CRM and returning customers
  • team roles
  • the rhythm of decisions and performance measurement

SCALE

When the demand is there, but the organisation can't grow without adding chaos.

For a company that wants to replicate a working model in new channels, locations or markets.

The scope may include

  • standardising the model
  • customer experience across many sites
  • roles and accountability
  • a management dashboard
  • CRM, data and automation
  • the marketing and sales model
  • preparing for expansion
  • using AI in processes where it adds real value

[03 / WHERE I CAN HELP]

I work best where results are created at the meeting point of brand, customer and operations.

Sector matters, but it is not what determines fit. I can contribute most where there is a real customer journey, measurable economics and an owner ready to make decisions.

restaurants, food service and hospitality

Example diagnostic questions

  • Why do guests choose this place — and why don't they come back?
  • Which menu items really make money?
  • Where in the service does the experience the customer pays for disappear?
online shops and D2C brands

Example diagnostic questions

  • Where in the purchase journey do most customers drop out?
  • What does it cost to acquire a customer, and how much do they spend over time?
  • Do promotions build sales, or just shift them?
retail and multi-site businesses

Example diagnostic questions

  • Why do sites with the same offer deliver different results?
  • What from the best site can be replicated in the others?
  • Who is accountable for the result of each location?
car dealerships and advice-led sales

Example diagnostic questions

  • How many enquiries turn into test drives and deals?
  • What happens to the customer after the first visit?
  • What does the dealership earn from beyond the sale itself?
clinics, fitness, beauty, education and local services

Example diagnostic questions

  • How many customers come back after the first service?
  • Does the price list reflect the value the customer sees?
  • Where do the customers who stay longest come from?
B2C and B2B service businesses

Example diagnostic questions

  • Does the customer understand exactly what they are buying?
  • Which services and which customers build margin?
  • Where does the sales process depend solely on the owner?
start-ups and scale-ups with a concrete product or first customers

Example diagnostic questions

  • Which customer segment returns and recommends the product?
  • Do unit economics improve with scale?
  • Which channel could become a repeatable source of growth?

I won't teach a head chef to cook or a mechanic to fix an engine. I'll find out why customers choose this particular business, how much they spend, whether they come back, where the margin disappears and what has to change for the business to work better.

[04 / BUSINESS X-RAY]

First I look as a customer. Then as an owner.

I don't start with the company presentation. I start with the real customer experience, the numbers and the way decisions are made every day.

  1. 01

    Customer and need

Who buys, why do they choose the company, and what holds the others back?

  2. 02

    Offer and positioning

Does the customer quickly understand what they'll get and why they should choose this offer?

  3. 03

    Price, margin and economics

Where does the company genuinely make money, and which activities create revenue without profit?

  4. 04

    Marketing and demand

Where do the right customers come from, and what does it cost to acquire them?

  5. 05

    Sales and conversion

At what point does interest stop turning into revenue?

  6. 06

    Experience and retention

What does the customer see, feel and do — and why do they return or leave?

  7. 07

    Operations, team and decisions

Does the way the business operates allow it to deliver the brand promise consistently?

  8. 08

    Data, technology and AI

Do the tools help make better decisions, or only add cost and complexity?

[05 / HOW IT WORKS]

From the owner's story to a change in how the business operates.

  1. Application

You tell me what the company does, what has changed, what you've already tried and why you're looking for help now. I don't need a ready diagnosis or a professional brief.

  2. Qualification

I check whether the problem is within my expertise, whether the company is in a position to implement change and whether we can work together without avoiding difficult topics.

I will reply to every complete application, but applying does not mean the project is automatically accepted.

  3. Reboot Scan

A paid diagnosis, usually run over 5–10 working days. I analyse the data, offer, customer, marketing, sales, economics and ways of working. If the company has physical locations, a site visit is an important part of the diagnosis.

The Reboot Scan may end with a recommendation alone. It doesn't commit you to further work.

  4. Decision day

I present the main blocker, the facts, the risks and three to five moves that could make the biggest difference. We agree what to stop, what to fix, what to launch and how we'll measure progress.

  5. Business Reboot

If both sides see value in continuing, over roughly 8–12 weeks I help implement the agreed changes together with the owner and the team. The scope may cover strategy, the offer, pricing, marketing, sales, customer experience, CRM, work organisation, data or technology.

  6. New rhythm

The company receives a plan for the next 90 days, action owners, metrics and a management rhythm. Further work can continue independently, or in an advisory, fractional or interim model — if the situation calls for it.

[06 / RESULT]

You won't get a list of 47 ideas. You'll get clear priorities.

After the intervention, the business doesn't have to be perfect. It has to know what it earns from, what is blocking it, who owns the next move and how to tell that the change is working.

Depending on the situation, the results include:

  • a diagnosis of the source of the problem, not just its symptoms
  • baselines and a measurable goal
  • three to five priority decisions
  • a STOP / FIX / LAUNCH / SCALE action list
  • a simplified or redesigned offer
  • recommendations on price and margin
  • an improved customer journey
  • a marketing, sales or retention plan
  • a clear split of accountability
  • a dashboard of the key metrics
  • a plan for the first 30, 60 and 90 days
  • the first changes implemented and tested
  • a decision on what the company should not be doing now

[07 / NO SUGAR-COATING]

Sometimes the best recommendation isn't more marketing.

The problem may be the wrong offer, too little margin, a poorly chosen location, a conflict between partners, a lack of accountability, an economic model that doesn't work, or a product the market simply doesn't need.

A good recommendation may mean launching a new channel. It may equally mean closing a product, not opening another site, stopping a campaign or changing the whole model.

Business Reboot does not replace formal restructuring, legal or tax advice, or insolvency proceedings. If the main problem lies in those areas, I'll say so plainly and point out the need to involve the right specialist.

[08 / A GOOD FIT]

I don't pick the “worst” businesses. I pick those where change has a chance of working.

It may be a good fit if:

  • the application comes from the owner or someone with a real mandate
  • the problem has a significant impact on results or the company's future
  • you can share the data needed
  • you can involve the key people
  • the company has the funds for diagnosis and implementation
  • you're ready to hear an uncomfortable answer too
  • you can start work within the next 90 days
  • you're looking for change in the business, not just a new advert

It won't be a good fit if:

  • you expect a free rescue plan
  • you only want a logo, a website, posts or campaign management
  • the decision has already been made and the diagnosis is only meant to confirm it
  • you don't want to show the basic numbers
  • the owners disagree on whether the company should change
  • nobody on the company's side can implement decisions
  • you expect a guaranteed result without changing how you operate
  • the company primarily needs formal financial or legal restructuring

[09 / WHO COMES IN]

The standards of a large organisation. The decisiveness of an owner.

For more than 20 years I was accountable for growth, marketing, e-commerce, CRM, customer experience and commercial transformation in Poland and across many European markets. I worked with large budgets and teams, but also with businesses where a single bad decision immediately affects the bottom line.

I don't bring a corporate process and a hundred slides to a small business. I bring what really works: numerical discipline, the customer's perspective, clear decisions, accountability and fast implementation.

I work personally. If the diagnosis requires a specialist in law, finance, technology or a specific operational or sector challenge, I say so openly and agree their involvement with the client.

[10 / YOUR STORY]

Tell me what your business is up against.

Don't write a sales pitch. Describe the company as you would to someone who is about to go inside and help you make the most important decisions.

What has changed? What worries you most? What have you already tried? What has to happen in the next 90 days?

Places are limited. I will personally reply to every complete application — including when I conclude that Brandbusters isn't the right solution.

Applications are confidential. I don't publish stories, data or company names without the owner's explicit consent.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is there a fee to apply?

No. The application and the initial qualifying conversation involve no fee or commitment. The paid stage is the actual Reboot Scan diagnosis and any further intervention. Scope and terms are agreed before work begins.

Do I need to know what the problem is?

No. Owners often see the symptoms but don't need to know their source. That's exactly why I start with a diagnosis, not with selling a ready-made solution.

Do you only work with companies in crisis?

No. The intervention can concern a launch, a slowdown, a loss of profitability or growth that is starting to outpace the way the organisation works. It's best to act before the problem threatens the company's liquidity.

Do you work with start-ups?

Yes, if there is a concrete product or market hypothesis, an accountable founder, a team, a budget and the ability to implement. This is not a programme for developing very early-stage ideas for free.

Do you visit the business?

If the company has premises, points of sale or a physical customer service process, a site visit is usually an important part of the diagnosis. In digital businesses, data, analytics, customer conversations and observing the online process play a bigger role.

Do you guarantee sales growth?

I don't give guarantees that can't be honestly controlled. We agree a baseline, the expected result, specific actions and how progress will be measured. The outcome also depends on the quality of implementation and the decisions the company makes.

How long does the engagement last?

The Reboot Scan usually takes 5–10 working days. A full Business Reboot intervention most often lasts around 8–12 weeks. In a simpler situation the diagnosis is enough; in a more complex one, further work may move into advisory, fractional leadership or interim management.

Is Business Reboot a formal turnaround programme?

It can lead to an operational and commercial recovery plan, but it is not a formal legal or financial restructuring. Where there is a risk of insolvency, a qualified restructuring adviser must be involved.

How is information about the company protected?

The application and project materials are confidential. The scope of data access and how the data is used are agreed before the diagnosis begins. The company's name and story are not published without explicit consent.

Why are places limited?

I lead every diagnosis and intervention personally. I don't want to take on more projects than I can properly understand and support through implementation.

You know the business could work better. Let's find out what's holding it back.

You don't need to arrive with a diagnosis. Tell me what's happening, what result you want to recover or build, and why the current way of operating is no longer enough. I'll tell you plainly whether Brandbusters can help.

Every complete application will receive a reply. Acceptance depends on fit, readiness for change and availability.
