BRANDBUSTERS PARTNER NETWORK
The most interesting projects need the right people.
I am building a trusted network of experts, independent advisers, freelancers, agencies and specialist providers whom I can bring into demanding Brandbusters engagements — or recommend to a client with confidence.
This is not an open directory or a paid referral list. Admission to the network depends on expertise, delivery standards and mutual trust.
NOT A CONTACT DATABASE
I am building a network of people whose work I am prepared to stand behind.
Not every problem can be solved single-handedly. On larger and more complex engagements, I bring strategic, marketing, commercial, technology, finance, legal and operational expertise together into one team working towards a shared outcome.
If I am not the right person for a particular task, or cannot personally take on another project, I do not leave the client without direction. I connect them with an expert or partner whose experience, judgement and delivery standards I have verified.
Every such recommendation carries my name and the client’s trust. So before we first work together, I want to understand not only a partner’s expertise, but also how they communicate, how they take responsibility, the quality of their delivery and their references.
I am not looking for the largest network. I am looking for the right people for the right problems.
WHO I AM LOOKING FOR
Capabilities that make the whole team stronger.
The network is not limited to a single sector or a single way of working. What matters most is real experience, quality of delivery and the ability to work with clients at both board and team level.
01 — Strategy and leadership
Strategy advisers, fractional and interim executives, and specialists in finance, M&A, pricing, operations, legal, HR, organisation design and change management.
02 — Marketing, growth and customer
Research and insight, brand strategy, creative, media, performance, CRM, loyalty, customer experience, e-commerce, retail and sales development.
03 — Technology, data and AI
Analytics, data strategy, martech, automation, AI agents, software, product development, integrations, cybersecurity and governance.
04 — Events and delivery
Event production, set design, AV, venues, logistics, hosts, speakers, trainers, facilitators, offsite organisers, skippers and specialist suppliers.
Don’t see your specialism? If you solve a meaningful business problem and can show the quality of your work, it is still worth applying.
HOW WE CAN WORK TOGETHER
There is more than one way to work together.
01
Brandbusters project team
You join a cross-functional team assembled around a specific client problem, with a clearly defined role, scope and accountability.
02
Ownership of a defined workstream
You take ownership of a clearly defined workstream where you bring expertise that is not available within the team or on the client side.
03
Referral or project handover
If a client needs expertise outside my remit, or I do not have capacity, I can refer them directly to a trusted partner.
04
Joint proposition
Where the fit is right, we can design a larger proposition together: a workshop, a transformation, an event or a long-term programme.
Scope, accountability and commercial terms are always agreed before a project begins. I do not expect exclusivity, but I do require confidentiality, transparency and honest management of any conflict of interest.
THE PARTNERSHIP STANDARD
Expertise opens the door. The way you work determines whether we build something lasting.
What I expect
- A documented track record and tangible results
- Ownership of the outcome, not just completion of the task
- Clear, timely and honest communication
- Confidentiality and respect for the client relationship
- Openness to data, feedback and a change of direction
- Candour about availability, limitations and risk
- Personal involvement from the key experts named in the proposal
If senior experts lead the pitch but delivery is handed to a less experienced team without prior agreement, we will not be a good fit.
What I offer
- Access to ambitious, meaningful business challenges
- Direct contact with owners, boards and decision-makers
- A clear mandate, role and accountability
- Transparent commercial terms
- Respect for your specialism and independence
- The chance to build longer relationships, not just one-off assignments
- Recommendations based on the quality of your work, not a fee for being listed
HOW VETTING WORKS
Trust starts before the first project.
01 — Application
You describe your expertise, experience, way of working and examples of your strongest projects and results.
02 — Conversation
We explore mutual fit, how we each think, our expectations and the kinds of projects we could work on together.
03 — Experience and references
I review selected work, your actual role in those projects and, where appropriate, references.
04 — First engagement
Depending on scope, we may begin with a smaller task, a workshop or a clearly defined project module.
05 — Trusted network
After a proven collaboration, a partner may be invited to further projects or recommended directly to clients.
An application is not a job offer, does not guarantee a project and does not mean automatic admission to the network. There is no fee for reviewing applications or for being part of the network.
PARTNER APPLICATION
Show me what you are genuinely exceptional at.
I do not need a generic sales deck. I need to understand which problem you solve better than others, what you were personally accountable for and what results you can deliver.

QUESTIONS
Frequently asked questions
Does applying guarantee involvement in a project?
No. Projects, scopes and the expertise they require vary. Your application helps me understand your profile and consider working together, but it does not guarantee an assignment.
Can whole agencies and firms apply?
Yes. I do, however, want to know exactly who will be responsible for the relationship and for delivery. The capabilities of the delivery team matter just as much as those of the person leading the pitch.
Do I have to work exclusively with Brandbusters?
No. I do not expect exclusivity. On specific projects, however, confidentiality, transparency and proper management of any potential conflict of interest will be required.
How are commercial terms agreed?
Individually, before work begins. The model depends on the role, scope of responsibility, time, risk and how the overall project is billed.
Can I also refer projects to Brandbusters?
Yes. A good network works both ways. If you see a project where Brandbusters’ expertise could add value, let’s talk about the right collaboration model and transparent terms.
